To renew your regular old green beans recipe, you needn’t look any further for inspiration. Air fried green beans are a crispy and colorful side dish. The easy variations give you even more ways to mix things up.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F 
  • Wash and trim green beans. Using a paper towel, pat beans dry.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the green beans and olive oil; toss to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the garlic powder. Toss well.
  • Arrange beans in the air fryer basket. Close the basket and air fry, turning the beans once halfway through, for 9 minutes or until crisp tender.
  • Transfer beans to a serving bowl and serve hot.
