Using a paper towel, pat tilapia fillets dry. Place tilapia in the baking dish. Brush the top of the tilapia with 2 teaspoon melted butter. Drizzle lemon juice over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, and remaining butter; stirring well. Pat mixture on top of tilapia.
Bake, 12 to 15 minutes or until the tilapia is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve.

If you like a crispier crust tilapia, place baking dish under the broiler, 1 to 2 minutes or until browned to your liking
