10ouncesrefrigerated hash browns½ bag Simply Potatoes hash browns
¾cupshredded cheddar cheese
½poundground pork sausage, cooked
4stripsbacon, cooked and crumbled
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Then, whisk in the milk.
Stir in the hash browns, cheese, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix well.
Pour mixture into an 8-inch round cake pan.
Air fry for 25 minutes. Cover pan with foil during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Remove from the air fryer and let stand 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Notes
This dish is easily doubled and cooked in two batches in the air fryer.Letting the casserole rest after cooking, allows the eggs to firm up preventing a runny casserole.
